We use professional grade cleaning agents and equipment to ensure safety and efficient production on your jobsite.

Our rates for construction cleaning are based on the size and accessibility of the glass, and are billed on a time and materials basis. We recommend stressing to your subcontractors, the importance of masking the windows prior to their work and being very cautious of paint, caulking, and sealants that may come in contact with the glass or window frames. If it is already too late, there’s no need to worry. We can clean up after them, but it will take a little more time.

Our insurance covers up to a maximum aggregate of $2,000,000. A certificate of liability and auto insurance are provided on all projects. References are available upon request.
