Cleaning the windows is the easy part. Access to the window is the challenge. At All Access Windows, we use a variety of methods to reach the windows, ranging from ladders, to extension poles, to hydraulic lifts. For a two story house, ladders are usually sufficient. However, a three or four story building can be cleaned even easier - from the ground! We can reach heights up to 40 feet from the ground using a water-fed extension pole. A special filter de-ionizes the water, by stripping 99% of the impurities. After scrubbing with soap, any impurities left on the glass, roll straight off with a quick rinse with the de-ionized water. The window then air dries, streak-free. The optimal efficiency makes this the preferred method for condominiums and commercial office buildings due to the optimal efficiency, and is a very popular technique in Europe, where window cleaning is often done on a monthly or even weekly basis.

To sustain the life of your awnings, it is important to clean them at least once a year. To prolong the necessity for cleaning, we can apply a product that will seal your awning for protection for the sun’s UV rays. We use products specifically designed to clean the fabric. For canvas awnings, we will apply a waterproofing agent that keeps water and soils from penetrating the fabric. For vinyl awnings, we apply a conditioner that softens the vinyl and restores its natural color. |

Pressure washing can easily bring the life back to your property. From concrete, to bricks, to wooden decks and fences, one single day can restore years of built up algae, moss, and soil. Our water-fed poles are designed for pressure washing as well as window cleaning, and can be used to clean a building using high pressure at heights of up to twenty feet. A pressure washer should never be used on siding, but simply remove the high pressure, and our water-fed poles give us the ability to scrub down an entire building from the ground. This process is recommended only for vinyl siding. |
